Services
Meakin Metabolic Care (MMC) is a physician-led telehealth practice founded by board-certified radiation oncologist Dr. Charles Meakin, offering structured, evidence-informed metabolic care nationwide on a direct-pay model. Our team builds personalized plans that combine lab-driven strategy, lifestyle and nutrition guidance, targeted supplements, and repurposed (off-label) medications when clinically appropriate, designed to complement standard care.
Services and treatments include:
- Repurposed/off-label medications—including ivermectin, mebendazole, low-dose naltrexone, metformin, and other repurposed therapies prescribed when supported by evidence and clinical judgment
- Cancer Prevention—MD Predict advanced lab panels (74–77 biomarkers) with physician interpretation and a proactive metabolic plan (available to cancer and non-cancer patients)
- Cancer Management (C-MOP)—a 90-day, physician-led Cancer Metabolic Optimization Protocol that complements standard oncology care
- Cancer Remission (R-MOP)—an ongoing subscription program supporting metabolic health after treatment
- General & preventative metabolic care—consultations and lab-based plans targeting inflammation, insulin resistance, and mitochondrial/metabolic function
- Initial consultations and follow-up visits with MD and advanced-practice clinicians
- Lab ordering and interpretation through national draw centers (e.g., Quest)
- Whole-Body MRI screening (Prenuvo) with oncologist review
- Ongoing nurse navigation and support from integrative oncology RNs
