About

Dr. Casey L. Delcoco grew up in Evansville, IN, as one of seven children, and graduated as valedictorian of her high school class. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2006, majoring in premedical studies with a minor in business. She received her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA, in 2011. In addition, she completed a medical fellowship in the Creighton Model of FertilityCare and NaProTECHNOLOGY from the Pope Paul VI Institute in 2011. She completed her residency training in family medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN with a focus on maternal/child health and obstetrics and became a board certified family medicine physician in 2014.

During medical school, Casey served as a founding member of the Tulane Students Chapter of the Catholic Medical Association, an officer on the school’s service learning committee, and as an active participant in free medical clinics and other service projects to help rebuild the city of New Orleans after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. During her residency training, she co-wrote a grant to receive funding for underserved patients to have access to natural family planning services. In addition, she served her fellow residents as chief resident of the family medicine program during her final year of training.

Since completing residency training, she has started a faith-based family medicine practice, Magnificat Family Medicine, to honor Our Blessed Mother and to provide holistic care upholding the dignity of men, women, and children. She is the co-founder and past-president of the St. Raphael Catholic Medical Guild of Indianapolis and helps take care of patients in crisis pregnancy alongside the Gabriel Project and Women’s Care Center in Indianapolis. Casey also speaks on a variety of topics, including pro-life issues, natural family planning, infertility, faith in medicine, and Theology of the Body. Outside of her work with Magnificat Family Medicine, Casey enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as family and friends, and likes to exercise, cook spicy food, and relax with a good book. She and her husband are active at their parish, St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, located downtown in the heart of Indianapolis.
