About

I have been practicing medicine for over 30 years. I have a significant depth of training becoming initially board-certified in Internal Medicine as well as Pediatrics. I subsequently gained additional expertise as a board certified adult pulmonologist and critical care physician. I am also board certified in Sleep Medicine. Because of the breath and depth of my training, I am very comfortable with complex medical problems in any age group. I have never shied away from medical challenges hence my desire to care for Long Covid patients.

As a conventional trained allopathic medical doctor, I have always been a stanch believer in educating my patients. An educated patient is the best advocate for their own health. I hold informed consent with extreme high regard. I also have had a long history of deprescribing medications and have been alarmed at the growing evidence of polypharmacy. I have always been one that would rather address the root problem rather than medicate it away. I would treat restless leg syndrome with iron while walking alongside my parents to encourage them that things would get better with her child's sleep. During the "covid pandemic" I treated patient's with ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine and nutraceuticals and was threatened by my boss for doing so. I walked away from the medical industrial complex because I refused to turn my back on sick patients. I have spent the last four years dedicated to helping vulnerable patients recover their health that has been impacted by actions taken by my profession.

My practice is unique in that I spend an entire hour with my patients. My practice is cash pay only therefore I have no conflicts of interest and work only for the patient. Due to the complexity of health problems the only way to get to the root cause is to have time with patients which is not supported in the current healthcare system. I have always said that if you would let the patient talk they will tell you what is wrong with them. I have an integrative approach to my medical recommendations using holistic recommendations as a foundation but due to my training I can address very complex medical problems as well.. Over the last four years, I have spent many hours partnering with and learning from countless other Long Covid experts across the country and world. When you see me your care is being impacted by others as we all work tirelessly together to help reverse and heal the sequelae from the Covid infection and the Covid vaccine.
